The Washington Post May 15th 2017
Trump revealed highly classified information to Russian foreign minister and ambassador
President Trump revealed highly classified information to the Russian foreign minister and ambassador in a White House meeting last week, according to current and former U.S. officials, who said that Trump’s disclosures jeopardized a critical source of intelligence on the Islamic State.

The information Trump relayed had been provided by a U.S. partner through an intelligence-sharing arrangement considered so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government, officials said.

More to come.

If we dont know what was transferred how does something "so sensitive that details have been withheld from allies and tightly restricted even within the U.S. government" allow "former U.S. officials" to tell us about it?

...WaPo...

Red flag!

The people who would have been involved with escorting the President and the Russian ambassadors would have top secret clearance. Advisors would also be privy to code word projects, especially related to active campaigns against ISIL.

So let me get this straight, the WP and current and former ( former, really) US officials not only know what classified info Trump may or may not gave those nasty Russians but then they leak it to the press. I think there is a total lack of credibility in this story. Just cannot believe nameless leakers of classified info or papers that would publish it.

And the Washington Post revealed even more. The president has wide latitude in what he is able to share, not to say he should have but I personally and past administrations and most of the world see Russia as partners when it comes to the Global War on terrorism. this is how we have gotten into trouble before by not sharing information with ourselves between Homeland Security and the FBI and CIA, if this was truly a threat then it would be a threat to everyone including the Russians.

Should we just sit by and watch something happened, like the FBI did in our own country under Comey in Texas or act to actually stop an event ? It is the plan of the media to attack this administration everyday on something, whether it is true or not so these reports from unknown sources will never stop, that alone should be a pretty good tell, if it was so secret then why reveal it to a reporter ?

So, all of these people who know he did it let him do it? I guess they are all traitors right? I think the only story should be how he allowed the Russian ambassador two scoops of ice cream instead of one...

BTW I looked it up and the official is actually the Barista at the local Starbucks who overheard a conversation by two HuffPo reporters and called the New York Times...

LOL...wow, so another unnamed source talks about classified information from an unnamed company that was shared.

I bet I could go through every single political post about Trump, especially from WaPo, and never find the name of anyone that has said they have info on Trump.

I also bet I could go through every smear campaign from WaPo about Trump and find exactly zero credible information that has resulted in anything.

Don't people get tired of reading hit pieces simply written to engage the reader but always seem to dissipate into nothing?

For almost anyone in government, discussing such matters with an adversary would be illegal. As president, Trump has broad authority to declassify government secrets, making it unlikely that his disclosures broke the law.

Direct quote above from the article.
Pretty soon the Leftists are going to insinuate the Russians are our enemies one too many times and piss them off.
It's a good thing Putin and Trump love each other and I am starting to think they do just to piss the Leftists off.
Another non-story from another non-news outlet.

You are going to hear the same sound bites over and over again, but in essence it comes down to this.

It's WaPo...owned by Bezos of Amazon and massive Democratic donor to their campaigns...nothing shocking about the directive he has likely given them to write anything they can to smear Trump, even if they have to make it up.

I'd like to speak with the EIC at each of these papers to see just how much they vet their "journalists" sources....my guess is they don't question them so they can distance themselves when it blows up in their face.
