She did win the popular vote by 5 million. If it were not for the gerrymandering after the 2010 census she would be president.

Hillary just having completed her first 100 days.

1. The Senate has approved Merrick Garland to supreme court

2. Important legislation said to have begun "the long, slow process" of becoming law:
a). comprehensive healthcare legislation to "fix" obamacare, with bipartisan support
b). comprehensive immigration reform, with widespread "mainstream republican" support.
c). a "fairer, more just" tax code, with top marginal capital gains tax rates of 55%
d). Equal Rights Amendment 2018 (proposed)
e). a new federal agency to provide below-cost student loans to pay for the entirety of college expenses, with a "payback over time" into a slush fund modeled on the Social Security system.
f). legislation to create a nationalized police force, and federalizing local law enforcement

3. HIllary picked Channing Phillips to replace James Comey as FBI director

4. FBI is "observing" every single local law enforcement agency involved in an officer shooting of a minority, or with pending civil rights lawsuits. Consequently, a rash of civil rights lawsuits have been filed against every major police department that 'serves' an african american community. FBI has been tasked by the president with creating an "interim police force" to replace local law enforcement where civil unrest threatens violence. Black Lives Matter complains that there is no local (or even federal) oversight of the interim police agencies.

5. The death toll along the southern US border has begun to stabilize, with the warmer weather. During november and into January, a record wave of immigrants had flooded into Mexico from central America, and pushed it's way North into New Mexico and Texas. Many of the immigrants were from Venezuela and Nicaragua, and had never seen snow or even owned a jacket. Hundreds froze to death, but the situation is beginning to stabilize as relief efforts have reached the starving masses in the desert areas of the US southwest. Critics compared the human tragedy to the Middle Easter Immigration into western europe in 2016.

6. US troops on the ground in Northern Lebanon have exchanged mortar with Russian units inside southern Syria. Experts fear the spread of violence from Europe, that Syria may become a proxy battlefield for the tension within Ukraine.

7. After a series of successful missle launches, North Korea has fired a missle that traveled over Japanese space, before deploying multiple dummy warheads that crashed into international waters south of the US Aleutian Islands. Kim Jong Uen has proposed shelving his nation's nuclear program in return for humanitarian aid. Secretary of State Warren is en route to Pongyang for talks.

8. Russian troops have poured into the Ukraine, seizing almost 3/5ths of the country, but leaving the capitol untouched. UN troops have amassed along the polish/ukraine border, but have not engaged Russian forces directly. The advance of Russian columns is said to have been slowed by US-led special forces, who demolished infrastructure ahead of the advancing Russian formations. Most importantly, Gazprom's LPG pipeline to western Europe has been severed, leaving central europe without supplies of natural gas.

9. Petroleum prices are skyrocketing worldwide, as US production from fracking has been shelved by an activist EPA, and European markets cast about for a cheap and ready supply of Natural Gas. The EU has recognized the revolutionary, ISIS-allied government of Libya, which is supplying gas to France and Italy below market prices.

10. Pocket mechanisms made from small plastic ball-bearings, called "Fidget Spinners" have become all the rage across US and European youth and office-supply markets.

According to people on ATS before the election, there would have been an armed insurrection and riots in the street like never seen before if Hillary had won.

Now these same people chastise the other side for protesting and riots, telling them how pointless it is, and to "get over it".

No.

Gerrymandering is all but irrelevant in presidential elections.

Gerrymandering is the act of manipulation of boundaries of constituencies with the purpose of spreading or concentrating as many or few voters of certain demographics into a number of constituencies.

The only states susceptible to gerrymandering in presidential elections are Nebraska and Maine. Hillary won Maine and since Trump won EVERY districts of Nebraska AND the state overall, and since Hillery got only 33% of the overall voters, it is beyond outrageous to claim she was gerrymandered to a Nebraska loss.

Hillery did not lose a single electoral vote to gerrymandering.

Maine was nearly a 50/50 split between the two choices, but 3/4 of the EC votes went to Hillary.
It was something like 20,000 votes difference.
Maine has a huge number of somali refugees from some years ago, and they've all but taken over the cities, putting a crippling burden on the infrastructure. Of course, they all banded together to get more votes for hillary... making the cities very blue.

So, if anything, I'd say she got an extra vote due to gerrymandering here in Maine.

More counties voted red, FAR more land mass voted red... but the high density places voted blue, with a nearly 50/50 finish.
Yet our EC votes don't reflect that.
Imagine that.

If Hillary had won? Probably the same things happening right now only with the shoe on the other foot. The only difference I could see is Hillary pushing for more laws against free speech and thought crimes, along with having any subset of society that disagrees with the PC Progressive agenda declared mentally ill. I think we would also see a huge push for more firearm control legislation. With a Republican controlled House and Senate I doubt she would get very far with any of it- just as Trump isn't getting very far with anything that HE has been pushing for. The far left seems to forget that the Republican Senators and Congressmen dislike Trump nearly as much as the Democrats and try to block most everything he pushes for just as they would have if Hillary had won.

The good news is that we wouldn't be seeing so much chaos and destruction or physical attacks at protests and absolutely no vagina hats!

Yeah, good point.

You know, it would be interesting to see, what would happen if every state had had proportional representation-elections, how big the difference would be - it is not a given that Hillary would have gotten 258 electoral votes just because she got 48% of the popular vote.
