That's fair.

I dislike the wholesale ridicule of Christians, but I understand your point.

I am pointing out how ridiculous your argument is. You accuse me of being an Islam apologist, implying that I support radical Islam. So I pointed out that you being a Christianity apologist means that you support radical Christians.

I never said you support radical Islam. Good god, man.

A part of it, yes. Just like Paganism, slavery and a whole bunch of things that aren't relevant today.

Not really these days. There's been a massive shift AWAY from religious culture in many European countries.

Not to all of the countries, no. Just look at the Nordic countries, for instance. Sure, Christianity had an influence, but that doesn't mean it's their identity.

Of course there is a massive shift away from religious culture, and its for the worst. That's what I'm arguing. Europe is giving up on itself and its upbringing, and trading it for a religion that is far worse.

But Europe has given up plenty of cultures in the past. Just because your opinion thinks the shift is bad, doesn't mean it will be.

As for trading it for another religion? Nope. Atheism and agnosticism aren't religions.

Doesn't mean it won't be either.

I'm speaking of Islam. Its the fastest growing religion in Europe. Atheists and agnostics are hardly breeding. They'll be the first to disappear.

Muslim Apologist

1. A person who white washes Islamic violence by throwing out a distraction such as another religion when the subject is Islam.

Anyway you seem to have short term memory. I have stated many times I do not support ANY religion, and that include Christianity and Islam. I never denied that a religion can bring positive effect on humankind.
And to "submission"? The Bible teaches submission too. It commands Christians to submit themself to God and his will. It also teaches women to submit to their husbands.

So we should all be forced into Christianity "just in case"? And you were trying to call ME a Nazi.

Islam isn't growing. It's being moved from one area to another.

And yes, atheism and agnosticism is on the rise a lot in most of the European countries. To say otherwise would be just be ignorant.

Urban dictionary. Well done.

Yes I am well aware that you engage in the wholesale ridicule of religion, but as you can see by this and every single other post, you have a certain soft-spot for ridiculing Christianity. That's OK. That's something Christians can handle, and have been doing so for centuries. It's low hanging fruit. It's nothing new nor special. Unfortunately I doubt you have the nads to do the same to Submission. Even a cartoon could spell our end.

Oh boy.
Anyway I ridicule Islam and Muslims too. So tell me how that makes me an Islam apologist? And why should I be afraid of Muslims? Many Muslims live around here. Perhaps it is YOU who are afraid.

Sorry, you have me confused with someone else. I've only advocated the defense and recognization of Christianity as a pillar of the European identity.

Why Muslims are the world's fastest Religious Group
5 facts about Muslim population in Europe

According to the 2012 WIN/Gallup International Survey, the number of atheists is on the rise across the world, with religiosity generally declining.[15] However, other global studies have indicated that global atheism may be in decline due to irreligious countries having the lowest birth rates in the world and religious countries having higher birth rates in general.[1]

I said you defending Islam makes you an Islam apologist. You might also be the biggest abuser of straw men I've ever seen on ATS.

Do you know what they do to non-believers in Islamic countries? Apostasy? Blasphemy?

Have you ever been to an Islamic country?

Sighs. Let me spell it out for you in crayons. You paying attention? Ok. I DO NOT support Islam.
Clear? Let me know if you need it repeated.

Your first link says that Christianity is going down and Muslims are going up. It's also a projection, not a fact

Your second link says the Muslim population in Europe is going up. Yeah, that's because of immigration. Not because more people in Europe are converting.

And then you've got this from your wiki link

Accurate demographics of atheism are difficult to obtain since conceptions of atheism vary across different cultures and languages from being an active concept to being unimportant or not developed.

It's almost like you just googled and used the first thing that popped up without reading them.

Right, everything I linked to is utter nonsense. Do you have any projections that say otherwise? No? Then what do you have?

Do you have any single thing that indicates otherwise? No? Then what do you have?

Dogma.

BTW You slipped up and asked me if I have ever been to an Islamic country. So you DID mean that I support and defend radical Muslims.
Thanks for playing.
