It's about time! Someone needed to be held accountable for shielding Hillary, The fact is the American people lost faith in the FBI because of James Comey.

Who knows how much money was paid to bury Hillary's illegal emails, we all know it was to someone very powerful to get the job done.

FBI Director James Comey is a scumbag and he got what he deserved.

Several of the alphabet agencies dealing with intelligence. The only reason the FBI can do it is because they are responsible for domestic counter intelligence.

The FBI, CIA, NSA, DIA etc etc...

I don't think we've been told the real reason for Director Comey's dismissal.

I think it boils down to the new deputy AG reviewing Clintons case and finding info that does not support Comeys / clintons claims.

Maybe. Maybe also its because the leaks werent being investigated as deeply and quickly as Trump wished them to be. Comey "resisted" investigating them... I figure disloyalty is pretty infuriating to Trump. Would be to me, and I imagine his ego is even larger than mine. If you can imagine...

Comey has no open cases as the director. The agents run investigations.

Comey is responsible for the day to day operations of the FBI as a whole.

His agency, his cases.

What's up with the Comey investigated everything by himself and now the investigation is falling apart bs narrative all of a sudden? You know he is not like Director Walter Skinner right? That's not how the real world works. Agents do the grunt work. Comey just signed documents and played Solitaire on his desk all the time. He clearly didn't do anything to help with the investigation into Clinton either. The Trump administration is probably already working on a immunity deal for him. I hope Comey accepts the deal and goes to town on the Leprechaun and her cronies. I would pay top dollar to watch that sh!tshow on live television.

As I understand it, he delegates what resources are allotted where and direction of cases or investigations... among other things like playing solitaire and such.

Trump is stupid. But that's besides the point.
He actually thinks he can quash the investigation and if he tries no thinking citizen is seeing this as anything other than the cover up it is. . He can pretty much kiss this job good bye .

Some articles state he fired Comey on the request of Jeff Sessions. I smell a conspiracy here and it's probably related to the Russian investigation.

Nothing shady about this at all, especially after Comey was just in the limelight recently. The Trump is hiding something, which is obvious to anyone who doesn't support him, and now he's doing his best to clean house because he thinks this will protect him from being found out.

Just as likely he was fired for how he mishandled the Clinton investigation, and possibly letting Loretta Lynch obstruct that investigation.

Local Fox channel just reported Trump fired Comey due to "mishandling of the Clinton email case." NBC will be on in a little bit to give me the other side. (Then I watch CNN and FOX replays to see the meltdowns, lol)

A Lot of Dems or Left leaning people were not feeling Comely at all Cory Booker sen from N.J all but called for his firing a few days ago, however I am not one of them, yes I do believe he affected the election , only wished he had done so earlier as to give Burnie that edge..I am not gonna be hypocritical on this.

Look I believe Trump is in some serious trouble, his actions are reminiscent of the Nixon era mass purges to stave off impeachment according to some who lived through that time, and it's not like Comey was some Lib, he was under Ashcroft but he seemed not to want to play ball with any one party.
