Yep, runoff it is. Dems were revelling in a win before it happened and ended up losing again. Now they are claiming a win because Ossoff nearly got to 50% - despite the result being almost identical to the Clinton - Trump result in the district when all Republican and Democrat votes are added.

Its corrupt as hell ever since they did away wth hard ballots. Digital voting is pixels on a screen...
