If you are looking for a way to pass a lie detector, you have to learn how to stress yourself when telling the truth.

Make every question your own question in your mind, answer that instead of the one that was actually asked.

include elements of the truth, believe what you say to point, never be to extravagant, don't change up repeat the same thing but not word for word, there are a few more but that should get you started on your road to dishonesty.
