I personally haven't been able to assimilate all the details the Trump handlers are putting into his speeches.
There are some chess players in his advisory that can see pretty deep into the problems at hand though.

So the theory is that Trump isn't responsible for making stupid decisions... it's the people that he hand-picked that are playing him. Is that how this works? So where exactly does the buck stop?
