Hopefully it's not some blurry picture, a drawing or some guy on YouTube saying "this changes everything" while ominous music plays in the background..

Chances are it will be something like those things but one can hope..

The governments are already in the know and i have no idea why you would even entertain the idea to present them your evidence in the first place. Spreading it on social media sites and mailing it to all news outlets around the world would be a far better solution.
