That seems to be about "directives" from legislators to judges. That would seem to be a questionable practice, what with separation of powers and such.

But it doesn't seem to have much to do with departmental policies and procedures.

Don't know what to tell you my friend...Legislators make laws and judges enforce them....Directives are merely used to tell the judges how to apply the law...I agree it's shaky ground...But ground no the less.

Tomato Tomato....

Odd notion. I didn't know that legislators held sway over judges.

Or what it has to do with departmental directives on procedures and policies.

They technically don't...However this is a way to help the judges interpret what the law was written for. I agree it's a shame most laws can't be written in "plain English" lol

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

And to one up.

Take a look at all O's communication for the last eight years.

Including the oval office bugs.

That's right people.

Every thing said in the oval office is recorded.

That's what I'm sayin. Even tho he had good intel odds before bein elected, now that he's president, Trump has access to near-everything, or at least what 'the other' 'powers-that-be' tell or allow him access to.

Just being able to pull up past files n logs of people of who accessed what files n when is a powerful tool, without having to do any illegal tapping supposedly done by Obama n Co. This is where Trump becomes Bif from Back to tha Future. He now knows the past and will be able to control the future outcome.
