A FISA warrant requires solid evidence. There was a FiSA warrant issued for Carter Page. There may also have been a warrant for Manafort, who now admits he is a foreign agent. And, of course, we have Michael Flynn wanting to testify if he is granted immunity. And we all know what that means:

A warrant means that they presented a judge with evidence of wrongdoing.

Anything issued under the previous lawless administration doesn't mean diddly, anyway.

That is not how the United States works. President Obama did not spend his first hundred days trying to efface everything that George W, Bush did, nor did Bush dedicate himself to erasing Clinton's legacy. Once a law has been passed, it remains in effect until it can be repealed. This is not necessarily easy, as Trump has learned in his attempt to undo the ACA.

Can you provide an example of Obama "targeting his enemies?" Has Mr. Trump finally provided evidence that Obama ordered him "wiretapped?"

Yes, Presidents and Secretaries of State generally deal with Russian officials. Real estate developers generally don't.

The judge could be appointed by the one who presented the evidence. Talk about conflict of interest. And the evidence could be fabricated by the one who presented the evidence.

Or s/he may have been appointed by the previous administration. In any event, the Director of the FBI does not appoint judges.

In other words, requesting one is basically a guarantee it will be granted.

Oh, good grief!! There is good reason to reverse most, if not all, of what O did. What he did was not good!! His bad policies need reversed. As for what he did, yes, he DID, in fact, overturn earlier policies. Remember DOMA??

There is no law that says a candidate cannot work together with a foreign government against his or her political opponent if himself or herself and his or her political opponent are both not members of the US government. Trump and Hillary were both private citizens in the 2016 election. There is no law broken if Trump colluded with the Russian government against Hillary.
