Flynn hopes to win the Immunity Challenge, but in "Survivor: White House"
America gets to vote all those bastards off the island.--George Takei

So funny. I love him.

My guess is Flynn's gonna talk about his Turkey business. If there was Trump Russia conspiracy Obama would have found it before January 20.

That's why i don't believe in the russian collusion bs. They waited until he got elected. Are they really that retarded?

Unless they DID find it and decided to let it play out, give the RNC enough rope to hang themselves with.

It would be pretty ironic if Flynn just wants to out Obama and this has nothing to do with Trump. The Left is already cheering him on like maniacs. I would pay to see their faces when they realize what Flynn had to say.

Best case senario he gives them everyone 60 percent of Republican and Democrats, lets call them demoplicans, along with the president are outed and we get new elections with the rest of the people left who aren't in the web of filth.

If someone takes him up on his supposed offer, then I might be interested. Until then, it reads too much like a sarcha fail article.

"according to officials with knowledge of the matter"

mmmmk

The Wall Street Journal has some FAKE NEWS reporters and contributors, just like the NYTimes.

Calling everything that does not serve your side FAKE NEWS doesn't make it so. Your Messiah is in deep doo doo.

What the Bubba-Hell are you talking about? Every news organization that depends on a variety of reporters runs articles that turn out to be FAKE NEWS from time to time.

WASHINGTON—Mike Flynn, President Donald Trump’s former national security adviser, has told the Federal Bureau of Investigation and congressional officials investigating the Trump campaign’s potential ties to Russia that he is willing to be interviewed in exchange for a grant of immunity from prosecution, according to officials with knowledge of the matter. As an adviser to Mr. Trump’s presidential campaign, and later one of Mr. Trump’s top aides in the White House, Mr. Flynn was privy to some of the most sensitive foreign-policy deliberations of the new administration and was directly involved in discussions about the possible lifting of sanctions on Russia imposed by the Obama administration. He has made the offer to the FBI and the House and Senate intelligence committees though his lawyer but has so far found no takers, the officials said.

if he's done nothing "wrong" why would he want immunity to testify before Congress?

All the Leftists didn't seem to question it when all of Hillary's illegal server cronies asked for and were granted immunity.
Why did they need immunity?
The hypocrisy runs neck deep with the Democrats, along with their bullsh*t.

It really sucks for like libertarians and independents who just want to stop liars from being in the white house.

We don't care who did it first.

Sounds like FLYNN has a SMART Attorney. I'd cover my client's azz too!

""In a statement on Thursday evening, Mr. Flynn’s lawyer confirmed discussions with the House and Senate intelligence committees about possible testimony by his client.

The lawyer, Robert Kelner, did not provide specifics about the terms under which Mr. Flynn would testify, but said that “no reasonable person, who has the benefit of advice from counsel, would submit to questioning in such a highly politicized, witch-hunt environment without assurances against unfair prosecution.”"

I seem to recall the last time someone got immunity from Congress, they said: "I plead the 5th" for each question, something about emails and a private server or something..........
(Never did understand how someone can plead the 5th when they are under immunity but hey those were different times..)

[Maybe they will let Flynn have his lawyer and few friends sit in on the questioning, for moral support]

"when you are given immunity, that means you have probably committed a crime"
- Michael Flynn 2016

That said..Flynn has a tenuous relationship with the Truth and has lied before in official capacities.

Not sure if we would get the full truth even with immunity.

What a crock.
If there was the remotest inkiling that a democrat was Putin's butt puppet, the republiCONs would be convulsing on the floor and frothing at the mouth.
But when orange is the new red, they're all like 'Meh.' Similiar to how they poop purple twinkies when a democratic president spends money to end another recession they caused by spending like a college freshman with a credit card. Deficits & debt always cease to be a big deal when the Greedy Old Parasites get the reins.

Libertarians and Independents?....who are they?
They have never gotten close to the White House and never will.
Your boy Sanders fell in behind Hillary....how corrupt must he be to that?

Sounds like a personal beef that has zero to do with the topic at hand. Also, are you claiming you know who asked for immunity and who was offered it? Makes a difference don't it?

You don't like people you think are leftists. /shrug

What does that have to do with Flynn? Nothing.

He's asked for immunity to testify. That just doesn't happen if there's no crimes involved somewhere.

Michael Flynn:
In 2016, during the Presidential election the man stated on camera: When you are given immunity you have probably committed a crime.

Based on that logic, one must and should ask, what crimes has this man committed, that would warrant him asking for immunity from prosecution.

What we know about the man, is that during that time frame, he was acting as a foreign agent in the pay of at least one person, Turkey. And that there were meetings, where he was considering and talking about skirting the laws of the country to kidnap a US citizen and turn him over to a hostile government, where the man would be tortured and possibly killed, and that is just one of our allies.

We also know that the man did possibly violate the UCMJ and the constitution of the USA by flying to Russia and accepting pay for speaking there, without permission from the military, something that would have been given in writing, to which the US Army and the pentagon has no knowledge of. The reason why he would need such, is that the man can be recalled, and is still under contract with the US military and thus must abide by said rules and regulations of such.

So now the man wants to talk, but on the condition of having immunity from further prosecutions. What is that about and what exactly is this man hiding from everyone. And he only wants to speak behind closed doors. Far too many questions and not enough answers.

Your fooling yourself if you think this is a straitforward face deal.

You would never know if he was in a hole for the last two weeks spilling his guts. Agencies have a protocol to keep the public at peace. Disclosing info slowly is a time tested approach to dull anger.

Or your right who know.

The thing is if Flynn was a national security threat like dealing with Russians he wouldn't be asked to be deposed.

He either already has been and this is the soft start or he is an oportunist looking to profit in the situation.
