March 30 (UPI) -- The Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday held a hearing on Russia's alleged meddling in the 2016 U.S. presidential election.
The top Republican and Democratic members of the panel held a news conference Wednesday promising bipartisan cooperation on the investigation.
Sens. Richard Burr, R-N.C., and Mark Warner, D-Va., the committee's chair and vice chair, said they can't yet determine whether the Russian government interfered in the election or whether members of President Donald Trump's campaign were complicit in such an effort.
Burr said the committee this week requested to interview 20 people close to the matter, and that five of those interviews have been scheduled. The only person on that list publicly identified so far is senior White House adviser Jared Kushner, the chairman said.

I'm watching on CSPAN. My jaw dropped during the introductions. They are preparing us for some very bad news.
This is basically setting the background.
No proof yet? They'll be here all week!
Oh, I can't help but point out that when Marco Rubio and others were going over some of the "invented" stories by Russia, "Pizzagate" was among them. Russia's fabrication. Additionally, Hillary Clinton stealing funding was also Russia's baby.
And they have opened a can of worms with the "money laundering" subject. That was shut down. Not suitable for public consumption. I won't even state what the implications are. But along the lines of "tit for tat".
Glad you started a thread. Everybody really needs to watch it.

Is call politicizing, because that is how democrats are going or think they are going to change mid term elections on their favors.
Wait and see how this will be dragged and then the findings will be withheld until after the mid term.

You might have a point if it was all democrats. It's a huge variety of people. For example, a homeland security guy just said Russia watches until they see Trump is on-line, and since they know he like conspiracy theories, they start pushing them in the areas he goes on, hoping he picks up on one.
Anyway, I'm finding it fascinating and eye-opening. Holy cow.

I wonder if Russia is been used by the US as the useful idiot that will do anything for crumbs.
Putting should come forward and espouse publicly everybody too.
