i don't think that 10 percent of the earths population, especially if spread out across the globe, would be enough to carry on humanity. imo humans would die out within a few generations.

Thats a derivative I hadnt heard. The one im familiar with is that the regular cell phone towers were designed from the get go to be able to be switched on to fry people in their cell area.

I would set my hoard of pink gerbils free to rip out with their bare teeth and shred the carotide artery out of the necks of anyone who dares to confront me and my loved ones and then finish them off "Negan" style with a baseball bat encrusted with rusty barbed wire and faeces smeared nails (just for the fun infection effect afterwards!

I also have a squadron of flying pink gerbils too so be aware...

That is how you kill 90% of the worlds population. You basically do what most people do all day, every day.
