Trump is just baiting you and those in the media.
Please explain why a sane person would do that. Trump has the weightiest job on the planet. He has more important things to do than act like a middle school girl in a flame war. He needs to forge important policies and sell them to the people. You do not persuade people by trolling them. He needs to win the media over so that they will help him sell his policies. You don't do that by trying to undermine their credibility.
They should all have their FCC broadcasting licenses revoked at this point.

And then replace them with a Ministry of Truth? Now you know why "1984" is a best seller again.

The new White House Communications Director is more like Donald Trump.. Spicer probably didn't want to work for/with 2 of them, LOL!

Title: LONG ON TRUMP
""Wall Streeters like Anthony Scaramucci bet heavy on the would-be president back when that seemed like a pretty dumb investment. Bonus time!
It’s been great, everybody’s kissing Anthony’s ass now because of Trump,” Nelson Braff, one of the restaurant’s owners, told a table of customers back in the mirrored dining room.
He was talking about Anthony Scaramucci, one of his partners in the restaurant. A money manager and business-news talking head, Scaramucci has been a fixture in New York finance circles since 2010, when he stood up at a town-hall meeting and asked President Obama, “When are we going to stop whacking at the Wall Street piñata?”
With his Harvard Law School education and Long Island accent, the Mooch, as he is affectionately called, is known more for his charismatic personality and relentless self-promotion than the middling performance of his company, SkyBridge Capital.""

Because that is EXACTLY THE SAME THING AS A MINISTRY OF TRUTH!
Let me make something clear to you.
As long as the government controls which media companies can report on government affairs, as long as it can refuse access to journalists on any pretext, as long as it can control anything that any media organisation from the local gazette, to the largest print and digital media organisations on the planet, say, or do toward that government, the government will be engaging in one or another form of denial of the freedom of the press.
The government in a properly run, correctly arranged society, should NEVER have that power, or anything which looks remotely like it, under any light, or through any refractive medium!

That sounds promising. The more people who will proudly reject the media, political correctness, and Washington career politicians the better.

Nope, not buying it. In the extreme case of lying and fake news that is a game changer. It isn't a matter of freedom of the press. The "freedom of the press" was originally meant so the government can't stop the press from TELLING THE TRUTH about possible government corruption, But when they are knowingly lying, and caught red effing handed at it so much, it is then time to penalize them.

I'm thinking about starting a thread to ask if the U.S. Government can shut down a media outlet for national security reasons.
