It seemed that under Obama, more money was spent on technology than on building ships and weapons for soldiers. That increase in advanced technology fed the technology jobs and big aviation contractors with very expensive aircraft and the creation of expensive technical ships that didn't seem to work the hottest.

Obama spent most of the budget on a few advanced technology businesses, probably good contractors that donate to the Democratic party the best. Ship builders seem to spend a lot on labor, not expensive computer systems where there is much less physical labor charge. Technology was gobbling up all the money in Obama's administration.

Russia and China 2 superpowers have 2 aircraft carriers operational between them with China building a third , A small piece of rock called the U.K has 2 in the making with our big cousin America has 11 with 2 more on the drawing board .
