If we continue at this pace it's liable to get bloated though.

This could keep women from being hired by making it more expensive them, Italy already has one of the lowest women worker participation. Also, one in 4 women get fired just before or after getting preggy.

heatst.com...
Writing in Donna Moderna, another women’s magazine, Lorenza Pleuteri argued that if women were granted extra paid leave, employers would be even more reluctant to hire women, in a country where women already struggle to integrate the workforce.

In fact, due to enduring cultural stereotypes, Italy has one of the lowest rates of female labor participation in the workforce ,with a staggering one in four women getting fired just before or after getting pregnant, according to the Italian National Institute for Statistics.

Typing between tears of laughter...how is is possible to get fired right before getting pregnant and that be the reason?
I don't get it!

If this law passes and the women doesn't take the 3 days-she very well maybe preggy. I guess it is time to fire her.
