No Longer a Conspiracy Theory: CIA Director Admits Plans of Aerosol Spraying for Geoengineering

“Chemtrails” have long been the talk of conspiracy theories with massive amounts of disinformation being posted all over the internet including fake studies and photos. However, several real studies show that some ‘seeding’ or geoengineering may be taking place.

Well look at that, the director of the CIA talking about using stratospheric aerosol spraying "chemtrails" to help protect from "global warming". I guess not everyone got the memo from President Trump.

A study published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health is suggesting that geoengineering has already begun, and the substance being used is a toxic by-product of coal burning call coal-fly ash.

Some of us already accepted this to be true but now the naysayers don't really have a leg to stand on. I think this one "conspiracy" that can be moved to the truth column.

Stratospheric aerosol spraying would be nothing like the supposed chemtrails are. They're talking about releases above 65,000 feet, which is higher than all but a few specialized aircraft can fly. And the very few that can reach that high can't carry any kind of real payload to do any good. They'd have to use rockets to do it.

1. The article was realeased less than a year ago.
2. I definitely now know where the stratosphere is located thanks.
3. I see now, what they are doing is spraying chemicals to deflect
Sunlight where as before I thought they may be up to something like
spraying chemicals to block sunlight.
Whew.. So now that it is cleared up, I feel much better.

The beautiful thing about tradecraft is the fact that its very foundation is reliant on duplicity.

I'm getting out in case this is contagious.

I was always under the impression that when speaking about "chemtrails", we are talking about an unknown substance being sprayed into the air of an unwitting populace, with sinister or nefarious purposes, most likely the intent of altering human behavior and/or health.

What they are talking about in this article doesn't really fit into this definition of "chemtrail" for me. They are telling you exactly what substance they are considering and for what purpose. And when the purpose is for weather modification, well, this has been going on for decades...seriously, since before I was born. I don't think it's too sinister or nefarious when they are telling you all the "why's" and "how's"...

My mom has always told me about all the cloud seeding they did where she was growing up in the early 1960's. This is quite literally nothing new.

I'm not saying I don't think our gov would ever spray us with some bad stuff, I'm just saying that I don't think this is it.

that's the main problem for me concerning this conspiracy theory...there is simply no way to control who gets anything from that...supposed spraying. If there is spraying going on...I doubt it's aimed at the populace.

A couple of questions I have: Why would the CIA be involved in combating global warming? If this was an effective means of combating global warming, why would it be "classified" information?
