Cincinnati nightclub shooting: 1 Dead and at least 14 Injured

The shooting happened around 2am local time at the Cameo Club in Cincinnati , reports say that 3 people are seriously injured and one person was in a critical condition , the gunman fled the scene and is still on the loose at this time.

Assistant Police Chief Paul Neudigate told a local news outlet that the shooting was one of the largest he had worked on in more than 20 years.
There were hundreds of people inside the nightclub and many of them fled when shots rang out, he said, but police were tracking down the witnesses in a "chaotic crime scene".

“We are in the middle of a very horrific situation that occurred at the nightclub with multiple victims,” he said.
“It’s going to be a long night for our homicide units to investigate.”

No indication of a motive as yet but the club is said to have faced "challenges" in the past so more likely a criminal rather than terrorist motivation for the shooting.

My guess is gang related, could be wrong as always but Cincinnati fits the bill.. I wish the best for all envoled and hope it's not religion related.. I just don't see any terrorist relations as of yet. Another sad day.

Cincinnati Police now reporting that at least two gunmen were involved in the incident.

Just based on taking a look at the surrounding area in Google Earth, lets just say that my first inclination would be to strongly suspect that its gang-related.

A place with "challenges?" That says most likely gang related.

I will go with gang related. The hint is their lack of shooting lessons.

I would also say gang related given that it isn't all over the news this morning. There is no political angle to work with it, so it isn't a big issue national news story. If there was a Muslim involved or a crazy white man, this would be a top topic.
