Prisoner granted toupee for "self esteem"

Come the F@#K ON, this worthless piece of human stain gets to have some level of "self esteem" after the crimes he has committed he should just be scalped anyway

A bald New Zealand convicted murderer has won a court battle to wear a toupee in prison, by arguing that it was within his human rights.
But he argued that his toupee was an "artwork" essential to his self-esteem.
He was convicted and imprisoned in 1996 for murdering the father of a boy he had previously sexually abused.

Smith pointed to the media attention as part of his legal case to win back his toupee, saying he felt "belittled, degraded and humiliated".

Aww, poor guy! I wonder how his living victim feels after being abused and having his father murdered.

Does this mean women's prisons will allocate funds for merkins?

I think its important to trim the excess bristles out of the budget,butt I don't want to be blamed for leaving a single crooked smiling inmate out in the cold...

This child molesting piece of excrement whom also murdered his victim's father should have been castrated, lobotomized and then locked away in a cold war era romanian mental hospital for the rest of eternity but instead they allow this rotting cadaverous piece of filth to keep his head warm.

The judge need's to be checked out good and proper, probably is one of those that sympathizers with child abusers, god know's there are enough of them over the bar in England, bet this judge attended a public school (either one there or back here in England), one with a head boy and a master whom liked to discipline the boy's, that is how the men of the Tory party over here had there personality's shaped for the most part.

So not surprising that a judge whom may be just as guilty of this behavior as the convict is lenient to him and allows him to wear a prayer rug on his head, hope it get's over run with venomous lice and tick's.

Who cares about the surviving victims though right?
At least this guy gets to walk around with his head held high.

I hope someone in the pen. steals it from him and wears it while they do the same things he inflicted upon others.

I cannot agree more, my previous comment was not meant to detract from this less-than-a-man's heinous actions.

And then proceeded to be violently taught to shut the # up about your hair.

If its not catering to transgender violent criminals, its # like this?? Umm, hello UK wtf are yall doing?? Just pay someone in prison to kill him and get it over with. He should have gotten death anyways for the nature of the crime.

If his victim could speak, they might use the opportunity to express how cold, lifeless, and destitute they feel. Too bad that they can't "win" their life back.
