The point is, the OP isn't supposed to get ads. That's the privileges of being a logged-in member. No ad, period.

Download the movie and it will go away.

That's coming from something on your own system. Run Malwarebytes or something similar.

I don't think the privilege is as absolute as that.
What we've been told in the past is that ads decrease in proportion to the number of posts made.
I've made a respectable number of posts, so my ads have almost disappeared, but i still see them if I venture onto the front page.

Just happened to me. I did have to click the ad, close the new page and refresh the original one. And am logged in.

I'm using Chrome. On a laptop with Win 10. Don't know why you thought "Edge", and don't even know what that is.

Yeah, no doubt! I just want to say that I don't ever "log out." I go to ATS via my browser and see "my ATS" on my screen, frequently under a banner ad, which I just ignore. A few months ago, we had this same thing where the full-page ad shows up.....it has happened a few times since then, but cleared up pretty fast.

Anyway -- just wanted to bring it to amin attention.

Maybe you are surfing those gossip sites again.

Google picks up everything about you.
