Screw you Hollywood!

I have tried to ignore the Hollywood elite and their holyer than though attitudes.
I have tried to not take the opinion of what are basically professional liar's seriously.
I have given them the benefit of a doubt that they are just out of touch with the real world.

But I'm done with all of that.
No more will I just sit back a watch their lips move and not say my piece.
The final hypocrisy straw has broken the proverbial camels back.

They preach of the dangers of global warming.
So what do they do?
They fly in a eye brow specialist 7000 miles from Australia to preen them before the oscars!

Wtf!?

We are not talking about a great surgeon brought in to save a severed limb of to operate on a human brain.
No we are talking about plucking eye brow hairs.....
Apparently Los Angeles, a city of well let's say a bunch of people, doesn't have a eye brow plucker worth a damn.

I thought it was bizarre how they paraded a bunch of non-celebs into the building to personally fawn and oogle over them in their finest hour. Because the broadcast to all of America wasn't enough.

Screw that group of one percenters that make millions to make people believe they are something they are not.

Screw that group of people that have ran the industry out of the country.

Screw that group of people that are now working for CHINA.

Screw them and their world of MAKE BELIEVE.

Why is an ACTOR or ACTRESS'S opinion more important than anyone else's ?

Answer:

It's not.

We have a term in the U.K for people like this. We call them Champagne Socialists.

They like the idea of socialism and everything that comes with it, including the liberalism and Political Correctness, as long as it doesn't impact on their life, particularly their income.

I can't remember one comment at previous Oscar events when Obama was POTUS, criticising the bombing and displacement of innocent people thousands of miles away.

If they really cared, they would spare a fair percentage of their wealth on charitable causes. Sure there are Celebs that do, but they don't usually make it public and very rarely get embroiled in Politics.

You call them champagne socialists and we call them limousine liberals.

Besides the over blown budgets and generally crap movies, with some even being used as covert forms of propaganda (goes without saying that White Helmets would win).

On a global scale of quality, Hollywood thankfully pales into insignificance against other movies from around the world

Anyway I'm sure their is a few decent people that live in Hollywood that's not going with the heard and elite mentality? not sure but must be a few around.

They live in a fake world and the majority of the world take everything they say to be truthful, unless the said celeb really believes they're doing a good cause for charity then we (the public) shouldn't take anything they say truthfully. probably written down for them to say in the first place.

They are actors for Christ sakes. Phony make believe people, why should we value their pompous made up opinions?

I think very best thing about this story is that it was DiCaprio who paid $7,000 to bring in this eyebrow specialist ... after he made that big fuss about Global Warming and all.
