What? Clearly you don't understand how the U.S. election works, nothing about the electoral college was "manipulated". It was put into place at the founding of our country so that a few cities (Boston, New York at the time) couldn't dictate to the entire country. It's a very transparent ingenious system that has worked well for our country for over 200 years (until Hillary lost and Trump won, now it's so evil!). And if popular vote was the criteria, Trump would have spent time in Cali/NY, and easily could have gotten the votes needed.

Your right i don't understand your electoral college process. Seems to me democracy cannot function effectively unless it equates to one man/woman one vote, anything else seems to impose a form of Apartheid.

Releasing info on the inside working of the White House is a crime. It may be the morale thing to do, but still a crime. It weakens the Administrations role in conflicts and negotiations. If you do the crimes, be prepared to do the time.

Obama release a photo shopped birth certificate. That doesn't mean he wasn't born in Hawaii, but it was photo shopped. So the White house has a history of releasing photo shopped material. There were also questions about that war room photo during that fictional Bin Laden raid. If there are Obama operatives on the inside like everyone is saying, it is not too far fetched that photo shopped material is being leaked.

It's not that simple. There are different levels of legal issues. Some things are classified to protect national security. Leaking those is indeed a crime. (Snowden.) Other types of information are covered by non-disclosure agreements. This would be a breach of contract; a civil case, not a crime. If there is nothing in writing specifying what may or may not be revealed... no crime.
