BTW, I'm not sure I can get an entry in the latest short story comp. by the Thur deadline. But even if not, it's been great to see so many entries being submitted!

It's open to interpretation, I'm sure. What I see is some kind of crazy soul connection with the divine through the only way possible (heart).

But absolutely astral projection might just be what she is doing! I've read really interesting things on OBE, especially here on ATS, but I am too much of a scaredy cat to try anything like that..

Symbolically, it may be just as you say.

But beyond that? I guess we all find our own message. But astral projection is certainly nothing to be afraid of. It's just part of you, reaching out a little, and no harm can come from it.

Apropos of nothing, I'd just like to post this one, for those of you who are either already in Sunday night or heading towards it, because it contains one of the most sublime live guitar solos I know. Dave Gilmour, from Pink Floyd. And after a good four decades plus of intently listening to such music (and I'm now past 60), I've known quite a few:


That main solo starts at about the 4 1/2 minute mark.

I've played guitar for almost 50 years but I could never dream of playing like that. You can practice all you like, but you either have the gift, or you don't. Dave Gilmour has it.

The latest writing contest has been extraordinary. And with many wonderful insights as well. Such a breath and depth of talent here on ATS. Extraordinary, really.

Hello to everyone I missed today! I slept the whole day away and though I've been up a few hours, I have been answering e-mails and cooking and stuff.

Hubby started Spring cleaning in the living room and unplugged me! I was like, why am I getting a message that I'm offline????
Made manwhiches. I was supposed to make some soup too, but I don't feel like doing anything. Winter blahs and things on my mind. I'll be ok. I'll probably be feeling all wide eyed and wonderful at like 1 am. LOL

Hope some of you got to see the vid of the pig walking the cat. LOL! I thought it was so cute!

I know the pic says Good Morning, but maybe it's morning for someone. LOL I never seem to get up early enough to post this and I love the pic!

Yes the writing contest has been amazing! I have tried hard to keep up with all the entries, but might have missed a couple along the way. Lately I'm all over the place either busy here or busy elsewhere online trying to keep up with family and other friends and things. Nice to see you Hun!
