House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) says he won’t open an investigation into President Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn, citing executive privilege.
But the committee will investigate who leaked the story that led to Flynn’s resignation and why Trump's national security adviser was being recorded, CNN reported Tuesday.
The rogue weasels have struck. Terrified that Lieutenant General Michael T. Flynn would tear them out root and branch, they connived and colluded, anonymously of course, to leak highly-sensitive intelligence information to destroy Flynn before he could destroy them.
This type of operation is not new. I wrote a whole book about it in 2007. I called them, the “shadow warriors.”
Then as now, the shadow warriors excelled at covert operations. After all, they lived in the darkness in a universe of lies.

So you aren't concerned about Trumps judgement in appointing Flynn in the first place when many others had raised such concerns, you are more interested who leaked his indiscretions? Hmmm, where was that approach regarding Clinton during the election? You surely are mighty selective aren't you?
Flynn, a lifelong if apolitical Democrat, became a trusted and eager confidant of Trump, joining anti-Hillary Clinton campaign chants of "Lock Her Up" and tweeting that "Fear of Muslims is RATIONAL."
As national security adviser, Flynn required no Senate confirmation vote or extreme vetting of his record.
Flynn, fired once by a president, now resigns to another

Yes, but let's not disregard the 60 million geniuses who voted clear stupidity into the white house. They get their participation trophy.
