The difference is theres no profit in a wall. Oligarchs aren't going to step up to spend money without making it back.

The pipeline is a whole different story.

The news will rave about the wall, meanwhile, quietly, behind the scenes, the pipeline will be over a thousand miles long and go up as quickly as possible.

More like theres no money (profit) in building walls.

But yes, the flow of guns, drugs and slaves must continue un abated.

Cash from drug seizures in just one year will build 40% of Trump Wall. (8 billion was seized in 2016).

Today, President Trump signed an Executive Order requiring that Fed/State/Local Law Enforcement "step up" their crackdowns on Drug lords..or whatever they're called.

The 2017 take should be around 10 Billion in cash. Ideally, the entire wall would be built with money generated by sales of illegal drugs. Mexico WOULD partially, indirectly, helping to fund the wall.
