Livestream: Ninth Circuit hears oral arguments on whether to reinstate Trump’s travel ban

Ok this right here snips me off. Oral arguments were made today and Washington lawyers pulled this snip.

To make its case, Washington State lawyers cherry-picked several Trump statements from the campaign to demonstrate alleged presidential intent to deprive Muslims abroad and in the U.S. of their constitutional rights.

This people right here is absolutely not within the bounds of law, Everything and anything said prior to the campaign is NOT admissible or even relevant to a presidential executive order.

The ONLY thing relevant here is the language contained in an EXECUTIVE ORDER.

Intent as they say is something they twist in to WHATEVER they want it to mean.

It's an ebarrassingly weak case they are presenting. Trump is legally within his presidential constitutional power in his executive order.

I really think it is a set-up and a pretty good one.

Trump wins either way. He wins by showing the American people that he tried to prevent Jihadist from entering the country and the Left blocked him. He wins if there is an attack. He proves that he will act on his promises even though they were blocked.

If you think this last election was a blood bath for the Left, wait until the mid-terms.

They never had anything. It is all about exhausting their opponents by repeating the same PC cult like phrases that the MSM spews out to the public on a daily basis. They have to continue the narrative even if legit information comes out because they know that the pitchforks are being sharpened by the mob. There is obvious intents here and a very well formed agenda to the likes of which many people cannot even begin to imagine. They care nothing about the law, nor the people.
