Today I purchased 2 slabs of pork spareribs for Sunday's big game.
I plan on marinating them starting tomorrow with a herb/lemon/garlic marinate for a day, then late Saturday night/early Sunday morning, wrap them in
foil, bbq'ed, and slow cook for 12 -14 hours at 200F.
