BREAKING NEWS: Emergency Stay Granted - Defeat for Trump's Right Wing Agenda

Stay granted permitting Iraqi refugees to enter US. First defeat to Trump's right wing agenda and you know it won't be the last.

If this was constitutional, the Iraqis would not have been allowed into the US.

Trump was denying entry to the US for Muslims with Visas via EO... that EO is now frozen.

Yes, it's not over pending legal briefs in February. But this stops the right wing hate in its tracks right now.

I'm not seeing it as a repudiation of Trump's EO.

But it is a challenge.

Is this about the guy at the airport who already had his wife over here and was coming in and was invited here by the military because he had helped our troops over there? I saw that on the national news, the guy was happy that he was allowed to get past the new law because of his contacts with the military. I agree, that guy should have been allowed to stay here.

That's dumb, having a visa never means you will be allowed to enter.

Again, if this was completely constitutional, the request for stay would have been denied. On its face, it violates the equal protection clause. It will be shot down in February and Trump needs to sit the F down and STFU.
