The Ides of March was the beginning of the end of the Roman Republic which had lasted for 500 years and led to the Beginning of the Roman Empire which ruled for 1500 years. This is the date the conspiracy by all the Roman leaders was reveal with their killing of Julius Caesar. This led to mass death, revolt and eventually the formation of the Roman Empire.

These leaks revealed:

So March 15, 2011 unleashed the events that has resulted in a "immigrant crisis" which is tearing apart the European Union.

It smacks to me of "Problem, Reaction, Solution." First create a migrant "Problem," which leads predictably to the "Reaction" of people revolting against the disorder and weak EU leadership which instigated the mass immigration, so they can implement the pre ordained "Solution." In this case, based on the date it was implemented, I think they want to destroy the EU and come up with a stronger "New Roman Empire."

The old Roman Empire controlled the "known world" of that time, so they want a new global government with absolute control.

Actually it goes back to at the very least, 2001. Afghanistan has had a mass exodus across the years as well as many others. The vast majority of the "migrants" in Europe are not Syrian, and the Syrians are a highly educated and secular people. Assad protected all minorities. You would be referring to migrants from less educated nations.

Not to mention the fact that it makes no sense to desire a unified world yet destroy the EU? Wasn't everyone recently declaring the EU the embodiment of it and wishing Britain to leave for that selfsame reason?

This is the date of the Syrian civil war, which is what started the mass "humanitarian crisis" via which the governments are implementing these rules. Just google "syrian humanitarian crisis" and you will see all the agencies pushing this are leveraging the Syrian refugees as the epogee for calling this a crisis.

My hypothesis here is they want to destroy the EU through this "crisis" and create a larger more powerful government with more "teeth".
