Wow look at that, it's blurry grainy and out of focus, we have a certified UFO people! I'm actually not being sarcastic, I swear UFOs must have some sort of technology that makes them all 3.

Nothing of any significance in this video that I can see. It's an out of focus blob. It's impossible to tell it's distance from the lens so equally impossible to speculate as to it's scale. Occam's razor would suggest it's more than likely a bird or light aircraft.
