Marco Rubio has today said he will now back President Donald Trump’s nominee for Secretary of State , no doubt Tillerson, Trump , Exxon and Russia will be delighted by the news of Rubio's change of heart.

“Despite my reservations, I will support Mr. Tillerson’s nomination in committee and in the full Senate,” Rubio said in a statement posted on Facebook ahead of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s vote on Tillerson later on Monday. A vote in the Republican-controlled Senate is expected shortly afterward.

Of course he will and that's because he's bought and paid for doing what he's told. In short, no integrity.

If Tillerson wasn't awarded the Friendship medal by Putin would he be SoS?

It's about time. Tillerson, imo, is the absolute perfect choice for The Perfect Team. I am so stoked about the Trump administration! Watch and learn how it's done, folks!! (can't resist: Make America Great Again!)

I'm pretty sure Trump could have filled his cabinet with barn yard animals and you would say the same thing.

Tillerson does have good relations with the leaders of many nations. That is a good point

There are some conflict of interest issues though, maybe legally they are not there now, but there is a conflict of interest embed into his personality.

I don't know about this guy for Secretary, It could be good , it could be bad. I am sure he could be better for our country than Hillary was. But will he be better, I guess I will leave this decision up to congress. I do not have enough politically unbias info to go on. This is the job of Congress to work this out, I have to decide what we are going to eat for supper.

Not really. I am a Trump supporter, but I'm not a sycophant for anybody. I just know about the people he has picked for his cabinet, and I think Tillerson is perfect in so many ways.

Hey, don't be comparing these people to barnyard animals. Insulting those animals is not nice

So you think that people like DeVos and McMahon are also perfect picks?

Rex is so cool, I really like him as a man. He's everything I want to be when I get older.

He will help Trump MAGA!

May God bless him.

Absolutely not.

If you look back at all the Democrat administrations, they were 100% staffed by hobos and GED holders. Right?

The idiocy of thinking mediocre people were somehow going to get top positions in the WH is amazing to me. Millionaires were going to get these jobs no matter who won the election, so why the bitterness? Partisanship?
