President-elect Donald Trump said Saturday that Democratic Georgia Rep. John Lewis should pay more attention to the crime plaguing his district than bellyache over the election results.

“Congressman John Lewis should spend more time on fixing and helping his district, which is in horrible shape and falling apart (not to mention crime infested) rather than falsely complaining about the election results,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “All talk, talk, talk – no action or results. Sad!”

Lewis’s district encompasses most of Atlanta, named as one of America’s top murder capitals by the FBI.

Lewis declared on Friday he will not attend Trump’s inauguration.

“I don’t see the president-elect as a legitimate president,” Lewis had told NBC News’ Chuck Todd earlier.

Lewis' district isn't crime infested though, is it?

I live in GA and is funny that people praise the fat butt senator like Lewis because what they accomplished in the past and that is nice and dandy, people fail to see what this so call fighters for Black rights advocates has become with power and a cozy piece of real state in capitol hill.

They have become fat, lazy and had lined up their pockets with nothing but big interest money to turn their face the other way while GA is nothing but one in the long list of low income high welfare state.

Yes, this once great fighters for black Americans right, had forgotten all about blacks this days.

I praise Trump for telling the truth, I live in a town that while it was the bed of the civil right movement it have not accomplished nothing for the poor blacks in decades.

I hope Trump starts to tell the truth about what goes on in every state in this nation.

Politicians do not give two rats arses about the people anymore as long as they get to line up their pockets.

Mr. Lewis has become a shame to the civil right movement.

Here in the south we know him as Civil rights relic and Congressional Black Circus member

Now a day Mr. once champion for equal rights for blacks is sleeping in bed with those that were against the civil right movement back in the days and has turned his back to the same blacks that he got a beating for supporting their cause.

Money can do wonders changing peoples objectives and minds specially once power is tasted.

Perhaps the once great Lewis needs to have his memory refresh, he needs to get his fat butt out of his cozy offices and take a walk again on real America specially here in GA.
