I find this whole 'protest the inauguration' thing comical beyond belief. The left and the "establishment" hacks are in full-on panic mode. They're in a hole, and they know it, but they just can't stop digging to save their own hides.

It is DESPERATION of the highest order, and it's as refreshing as a cool dry breeze on an oppressively steamy humid and broiling hot day.

In all my years on this planet I cannot recall seeing outright panic by the establishment machine like we are seeing now in this country. It's absolutely stunning...and entertaining to the 9's.

I agree it is like some of the posters around here... The more they post their ideas the more they are ignored as their true snowflake colors appear.

Oathkeepers infiltrated this group and here is what they have to say from their own website!

"And this must be done before this regime officially takes power, isolates and crushes opposition, and moves forcefully to implement its fascist program. The aim must be nothing less than to create such a profound political crisis before the intended inauguration (January 20, 2017) that the fascist regime is actually not able to take the reins of government."

Link to what Progressives call a Peaceful Protest

I hope Trump shuts down every damn college that has done nothing more than brainwash people to hate their own country! They have no clue as to what they are asking for...........

Closing schools, what a great idea
Some of you really are small knuckle dragging fascists in the making.
I hope all this madness stops before it gets out of control.

Okay. So... They want a civil war?

Do they think people will say, "How brave of you."

No, these organizers sound like they want their followers shot. Wouldn't that just be convenient for them?

"If one of our people is killed during the inauguration, we'll incite the wrath of the nation against Trump!"

If that's your idea, then think again. The nation will think your parents should have spanked you. Someone is likely to die because of your attitude, but you don't care.

If you mean to wage civil war, then gear up and prove it. Otherwise, keep your actions peaceful and your speech less treasonous - you're not equipped to handle the consequences as evidenced by your arrogance.

As I've already read elsewhere, Trump will have already been sworn in privately. The public inauguration oath is just for show. It's a celebration of the peaceful transition of power which, until this year, has been a tradition both sides seem to have mostly respected.

Hopefully, someone collars these idiots and gives them atomic wedgies so their too busy putting their panties back in order to participate with despoiling it.

the obvious question is :

what will " disruption " of the innauguration actually achieve ??????

its not a trick question as according to my understanding - the januray 20th innauguration event is just " a show "

president elect trump - can be transformed into president trump - anywhere they can assemble mr trump a federal judge ans 2 witnesses [ oh and a few bits of vital paperwork ] - total time needed - less than 5 minuites

so - whats going to be disrupted - aparrt from a lot of peoples social day out ?

Sadly, that may be their intent -- to create martyrs for the cause.

If some of their own die, they'll howl about how horrible it was that protesters were shot just peacefully protesting. They've been set up for this by all the times no consequences were suffered when they shut down roads and other such public areas.

They'll get people killed and cry victim and the press will almost certainly eat it up and try to pain them that way.

Quite right, but I got the impression from another link that they were thinking "If the inauguration does not take place, there is no official President- a power vacuum". In other words, the same ingenious amateur legalism that created the Freeman movement.

...Until...they actually have to fight in one!!!

"Eeeeewwww, this sucks, it's cold and I'm wet, and where's my X-box and safety pin??? WAAAAaaaaaah."

ETA..."What do you mean...how the hell can Starbucks be closed???? That wasn't part of the deal! I'm not doin' a damn thing until I get my caramel-mocha latte! I'm going to my safe place! What do you mean there's no safe place??? I am ENTITLED to a safe place!!!"

You guys know the right to protest is an important part of living in a democracy?

They can protest all they want.

If they break the law, they can and should be arrested.

But I fully support the individuals right to peacefully protest about anything they want to protest about.

Nothing wrong with "peacefully". But the definition of "peacefully" cannot be extended to include "disrupting". So your comment says nothing about the declared aim of these people.

Likewise, so do I support these rights to peaceful protest.

...BUT...the minute they start burning S# down, flipping cars, killing people and cops...ALL BETS ARE OFF!
