The shooting that took place in Florida is an odd story but not one that hasn't been heard before. The mental illness and killings seem to go hand and hand.

The suspect Maria Rivera "lost his mind" during a long tour in Iraq. He was hospitalized for mental health issues as a result. He received a general discharge for unsatisfactory performance from the Alaska National Guard.
From the events that took place, I would say all was not well with him when he left the hospital.

The suspect’s aunt, Maria Ruiz Rivera, told NJ Advance Media that Santiago-Ruiz “lost his mind” during a year-long tour of duty in Iraq five years ago, and was hospitalized for mental health issues as a result.

KTUU, the NBC affiliate in Anchorage, reported that Santiago-Ruiz left the Alaska Army National Guard in August 2016, and provided the following list of highlights from his time in the military:

Joined the Puerto Rico National Guard Dec. 14, 2007
Deployed to Iraq with Puerto Rico National Guard April 23, 2010 to February 19, 2011
Was in the Army Reserves prior to joining the Alaska Army National Guard Nov. 21, 2014
Received a general discharge from the Alaska Army National Guard Aug. 16, 2016 for unsatisfactory performance
He was a combat engineer (MOS: 21B10)
When he was discharged, his military rank was E3 (Private First Class)

The suspects brother said he was living in Alaska and receiving psychological treatment but had no idea of the details of his treatment.

Home Land Security investigated the suspect for child porn in 2011 or 2012.As a result three weapons and a computer were seized but there was not enough evidence for prosecution. How did homeland security get involved in this? Was it becasue he was in the military?

Santiago-Ruiz’s brother, Bryan Santiago, told NJ Advance Media that Esteban was living in Alaska and receiving psychological treatment, but said he was not aware of the specific details surrounding the treatment.

The suspect also had a history with Homeland Security. CBS Miami reported that Santiago-Ruiz was “investigated by Homeland Security Investigations for child porn,” in 2011 or 2012. As a result of the investigation, “three weapons and a computer were seized, but there was not enough evidence to prosecute.”

Well fancy that!!!

You send someone overseas and ask them to watch people being blown up and even to kill others themselves and they come back messed up, who da thunk it.

Was the info about the child porn out there prior to him saying he was made to watch jihad videos?
I always get suspicious when the Gov accuses people of rape or pedophilia in situations like this

This story is SO Sketch. Let's face it he's a mind control victim in the same way that James Holmes.

I think you have a point. Is the child porn word being thrown about to instill hostility and make sure everyone hates this guy?

Another MK Ultra, Manchurian Candidate. Guess who's responsible for all this? Yep, you guessed it, THE RUSSIANS! AND. I have on good authority the Vladimir Putin personally ordered the whole thing!

On a serious note, its becoming bloody obvious to anyone who is not a member of the walking dead, that MK-Ultra or whatever it may be called now, is real.

Esteban Santiago had a serious mental illness and went so far as to tell the FBI he was hearing voices telling him to join ISIS…this is a by-the-book behavior of a man in the throws of a mental disorder..

PTSD is an entirely different condition and it's manifestation is completely discordant with the symptoms of the mental illness of which Santiago was clearly afflicted…

While I am the first to condemn radical Islam, [if the reports are true] Santiago was a very very sick man and this caused his behavior…

Don't forget he was under treatment, and someone didn't recognize or it was un-recognizable how sick he really was.

I would love to blame someone for this guy being out and being able to do what he did. But in a free society there are inherent risks. This is one of them.

Exactly.

It's always really irritating to me that people jump right to this mind control crap when this guy was clearly showing signs of some pretty advanced schizophrenia.....this is not PTSD. PTSD could have triggered something but ...yeah

I agree the timing is "impeccable"

But let's get some more facts and such in before we go all "Government Vudoo"

Wiki

It's an unarguable fact that the CIA has been conducting grand-scale experiments away from public eye since atleast the 60's. What is known, however, is only the declassified files, and yet they line up with what whistlerblowers/conspiracy theorists have been saying for a long time.

Recent events only cemented my belief that at the very least TPTB (Read: secret society ruling through shadow governments since a long time, atleast since the 1800's) are real.

That's because rape and pedophilia are the last things left that people generally disapprove of.

In order to "demonize" the person, they always throw in some unapproved behaviors to shape the public's view of the individual. That helps to make the person into a really "bad" dude.

Used to be, they would claim the person was "homosexual", but that doesn't work anymore. Because today, homosexuality is considered normal behavior. Some people tried to claim President Obama was homosexual, but it got them nowhere in their attacks on the incumbent.

The problem is, we all accept "killing" today. So, killing doesn't, by itself, suggest the person is evil. After all, we ask the military and police to kill in many situations. So, killing is often "justified". But rape and pedophilia is never justified, in any circumstances. So, it helps to make the case clear cut, that the individual is truly evil.

The need to make a person seem more evil than the act he just carried out, suggests a cover up of something else going on, like mind control, or false accusations.

A patsy is being prepared for the sacrifice.

That was my mistake, thanks for the heads up. Too late to change it.

As for why he is called different names just adds to the odd feeling this story gives me.

I believe MK - Ultra is very real. The thing about these incidents is there are so many different angles you can spin on them. The government and media is not going to make it easy to figure out. To me I think there are some incidents that very well could be from MK - Ultra, but the majority of them are just from sick people. The dude obviously had some issues because of the war. I have a family member with extreme PTSD and it definitely eats away at you. I'm not going to say this is what caused him to do this. I have no idea just throwing this out to keep it rational.

Think about it. If you go out and kill people your going to blame it on whatever you can because you want cling to that small sliver you have left of sanity. You may also say things to cause as much controversy as you can to make it seem like your insane just so you don't get executed. It's hard to say and thats what makes it so hard for us to understand what causes some of these people to go out and kill like this. This country really needs to focus on better care for mental health especially when someone tries to get help (like i believe this man did). Our government is also obviously incompetent in some areas because time and time again they investigate theses people and drop the case and look at what ends up happening! Just my 0.2

Guys,

Out of shear ignorance on my part I have to ask,

This young man was a reservist in the engineers if I read correctly, just how much "action" would he have ever seen???...

I ask as I know two people here in the UK that served in a "service" department in Iraq and Afgan and neither ever saw any form of combat on multiple tours.. If he was infantry soldier I could understand???...

Obviously a war zone is a war zone but different roles must have more or less stress on them??..

No it's not obvious.
It's obvious the person suffers from either PTSD or more likely schizophrenia which unmercifully affects young people just as they enter adulthood.
The voices in his head are a symptom.
Paranoia is another common symptom.

Not every news story is a conspiracy you know.

Oh wait I forgot where I was for a second.

DHS does a lot of child porn investigating... it's basically turned into one of their largest targets (how this relates to Homeland Security is beyond me...). I personally know 2 people who were raided & apprehended by DHS for child porn investigation. Their houses were raided, electronics taken, but no formal charges (yet).

schizophrenia is a mislabeling, it's all mind control, I've had my own issues with it. And have had collective experiences of others not "schizophrenic" hearing my voices.
