Ok my take...

the little white guys are a representation of the WEEN logo

They get dropped from an unknown air force.....start giving humans a transdermal patch that makes them turn into Ween trees.

The fates have determined the trees should own the Earth.

The process repeats until trees take over for man.

Ween is one of the greatest bands ever.
