Four prop drone/quadcopter. You can clearly see the four props around the object. As for the Vapour trail, Looks like it's been edited into the video...poorly imo.

So the investigators never bothered in 2 years to check the logs of Santiago Airport to match the date and time up with the sighting?

Did they REALLY not check the logs? Sorry, I missed them admitting that, please show me.

Did they consider trying to define the relative location/velocity by assessing the change in angular separation of the two hot spots?

I believe he is making the assumption Jim, since the second final report is stating it was a commercial jet. We have to assume the Chilean government and all the investigators are basically idiots.
