He bought a guitar at 10. At age 17 he made it big with his first band called "the honest man". The songs recollected the early years of my late
youth. Parties, girlfriends, how faulty education systems work.
I was sitting in a goth bar, waiting to see the band.
I had heard them practice and it was pretty da** good for a high school band. When they started the lights came up, red mostly. Fog started, the the
steady mono sounding drone of bass and guitar in true goth harmony. Then a high note, drums kick in. I'm hooked.
From then on I had a fun but tenuous time hanging with them. Learned alot about myself from all of it.
