Like many others before me I am failing

It is only Jan 3 and damn if I can't figure this out. I have lurked on ATS since the early 00's when I was a mere scrub in a horrible office job but only joined and started to really post a year or so ago.

My question. It's a question asked a million times before on this site and even after searching in the annals of ATS I cannot find the answer I seak.

I primarily use my iPhone for this site. How on gods green earth do I post a video?

How do I post a YouTube and non YouTube video?

I feel as though I am not contributing fully because of my naivety on this matter!

Thanks in advance and feel free to poke the bear on this matter (me) cause I just can't figure it out.

YouTube vids are like this:

[ yvid ] everything after the = sign [ /yvid ]

(take spaces out from the brackets)

Example:

I'm acting like a special kind of moron I understand this but do I just post the code from YouTube or how do I even begin to post a video? This is no Video post button that I see on ATS.

Perhaps choose desktop site? In 7 years I've never used the ATS app... ever. Just visit the site(s) in my browser, bookmark it once signed in... and whether tab, laptop, phone... I clicked desktop site.

Never had issues or ads. Seems choosing desktop version shows me all icons... P's... Check your view sizing..
