NO, it's turned out to be about ignorance.

It seems to me the judge stopped a law that only applies to 1% of the population, probably even less so in Texas.

I personally don't care how you "feel". There are people that feel like they are aliens, should the states start passing "alien" protection laws?

Except if they knew he was a trans male. You can't always keep that a secret, especially if you transitioned in the same town where you were born, or worked for the same employer before you transitioned.

And what about those who aren't lucky enough to "pass" as well as this guy does? They are just as much a trans person as he is, but the transition didn't go as well through no fault of their own?
