Accepting for the moment that this continuing delusion that he's Muslim might actually have a basis in fact... (it doesn't, but let's pretend.)

Why does it matter?

Muslim? Jew? Catholic? Buddhist? Pagan? Hindu? Animist? None of the above? All of the above on alternating full moons?

Why does it matter so much to some of you?

This is just about the most idiotic clap trap I've ever heard about Obama in the eight years he's been in office. In case y'all missed it, he was a member in good standing of a rather Separatist Christian Church run by some idiot named Wright...not exactly Muslim. Hello?

From Wikapedia:

"The Day of Jerusalem's Fall"[edit]
In a sermon delivered shortly after the September 11 attacks in 2001, Wright made comments about an interview of former U.S. Ambassador Edward Peck he saw on Fox News. Wright said:

I heard Ambassador Peck on an interview yesterday. Did anybody else see him or hear him? He was on Fox News. This is a white man, and he was upsetting the Fox News commentators to no end. He pointed out — did you see him, John? — a white man, he pointed out, ambassador, that what Malcolm X said when he got silenced by Elijah Muhammad was in fact true — America's chickens are coming home to roost.[15][16]

Wright spoke of the United States taking land from the Indian tribes by what he labeled as terror, bombing Grenada, Panama, Libya, Hiroshima, and Nagasaki, and argued that the United States supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and South Africa. He said that his parishioners' response should be to examine their relationship with God, not go "from the hatred of armed enemies to the hatred of unarmed innocents." His comment (quoting Malcolm X) that "America's chickens are coming home to roost" was widely interpreted as meaning that America had brought the September 11 attacks upon itself.[17][18][19] ABC News broadcast clips[20] from the sermon[1][21] in which Wright said:

We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye... and now we are indignant, because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought back into our own front yards. America's chickens are coming home to roost.

Later, Wright continued :

Violence begets violence. Hatred begets hatred. And terrorism begets terrorism. A white ambassador said that, y'all. Not a black militant. Not a reverend who preaches about racism. An ambassador whose eyes are wide open and who is trying to get us to wake up and move away from this dangerous precipice upon which we are now poised. The ambassador said the people that we have wounded don't have the military capability we have. But they do have individuals who are willing to die and take thousands with them. And we need to come to grips with that.[20]

...And, as has been said in innumerable posts in many threads since last months elections, the national totals mean absolutely

NOTHING.

It's the totals within each state that matter. Only that, and nothing more.

They also knew the rules BEFORE they signed up to run for POTUS. Every party AGREED to the rules while running. So to try and change the rules AFTER when they knew the RIGHT way to win is hypocritical.

So what? We have freedom of religion in this country

Would you also say bill clinton was not lying when he said " I did not have sex with that woman" and that he was a very honest and dependable president?

It still wouldn't explain how they got those other 14 nations to vote for it. Looking at the list of nations who voted I would be impressed if someone could get them to agree the sky is blue. I'm wondering what was in it for them, Obama is on his way out and Israel has more influence and power than Palestine.

I don't buy they all did it for humanitarian reasons, so there has to be another powerful group pushing this. Oil rich Arab nations I guess but i still wouldn't think they would have that much influence to get countries to risk angering both Israel and the incoming US administration. Something doesn't add up, maybe they are all so used to passing it off and relying on the US veto they didn't know what to do when it didn't happen or didn't expect it to actually happen.

Obama's World Order is behind it. He explained that its are "Special Privilege" to maintain it at the Press Conference and I guess for Obama to keep his Muslim friends he has to stick it to the Jews.

All countries have a right to guard their borders, land and maritime.

Unless you happen to be the good ole US of A. Then it's "we should let everyone in, better yet, dissolve the border and the problems will be solved"

That is a problem. I'm cool with Muslims, just not the backstabbing or extremist ones. That goes for all religions and races.

I dont think there is a difference.

So because it was done in the past in the US the US should veto attempts to stop Israel from doing it?
Does this apply to all crimes?

Slavery was legal in the US in the past, does this mean Israel can get in on that action now too?

I voted for Obama 2012, and I voted for Trump. I don't have Islamophobia. However there is overwhelming evidence that Obama is a Muslim. And this latest incident proves it. Think about it

1. Ten U.S. sailors were kidnapped on January 12, 2016 after accidentally straying into Iranian waters

THAT WAS A ACT OF WAR.

then

I want to express my gratitude to Iranian authorities for their cooperation ‎in swiftly resolving this matter,” Kerry said in a short statement.

He added that he was particularly attuned to the situation reminding the nation that he was “a former sailor myself” and understood the importance of Naval power.

Kerry signaled that the incident was not a sign of provocation, but rather a symbol of how the two countries could work together after Iranian nuclear deal.

“That this issue was resolved peacefully and efficiently is a testament to the critical role diplomacy plays in keeping our country safe, secure, and strong,” he said.

HMMM SO LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT BEING HELD AT GUNPOINT IS NOT A SIGN OF PROVOCATION? SEEMS MORE LIKE WEAKNESS TO ME NOT STRENGTH.

Obama, Aug. 20, 2012: I have, at this point, not ordered military engagement in the situation. But the point that you made about chemical and biological weapons is critical. That’s an issue that doesn’t just concern Syria; it concerns our close allies in the region, including Israel. It concerns us. We cannot have a situation where chemical or biological weapons are falling into the hands of the wrong people. We have been very clear to the Assad regime, but also to other players on the ground, that a red line for us is we start seeing a whole bunch of chemical weapons moving around or being utilized. That would change my calculus. That would change my equation. … We have communicated in no uncertain terms with every player in the region that that’s a red line for us and that there would be enormous consequences if we start seeing movement on the chemical weapons front or the use of chemical weapons. That would change my calculations significantly.

They used Chemical Weapons. THAT WAS A ACT OF WAR.

In response to the 14-0 vote by the UN Security Council to condemn all Israeli building and activity in the West Bank as “illegal,” including building in the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem and Israel’s sovereign access to the Western Wall, the Prime Minister’s Office in Israel has issued the following statement, strongly denouncing both the resolution and the Obama Administration, which broke decades of diplomatic precedent by abstaining, thus allowing the resolution to pass. Israel accuses the Obama Administration of having in fact “colluded” behind the scenes to produce both the vote and the resolution itself: “Israel rejects this shameful anti-Israel resolution at the UN and will not abide by its terms. At a time when the Security Council does nothing to stop the slaughter of half a million people in Syria, it disgracefully gangs up on the one true democracy in the Middle East, Israel, and calls the Western Wall “occupied territory.” The Obama administration not only failed to protect Israel against this gang-up at the UN, it colluded with it behind the scenes. Israel looks forward to working with President-elect Trump and with all our friends in Congress, Republicans and Democrats alike, to negate the harmful effects of this absurd resolution.”

If Obama is not a Muslim why is he is so willing to make a deal with Iran but tells Israel to go uck itself?

BUT Trump accepting a call from Taiwan is bad and breaks years of the one china policy agreement.

I agree with you completely but for some reason this website condemns Israel and speaks great of all of our ME enemies. I personally don't care for anyone outside of the USA that isn't an American but I do believe Israel is a true ally where the Arab nations are not.
