Yeah they do, unless the feds are judge/jury/etc, then they make claims based on evidence. court will then weigh the claims based on evidence and decide on guilt.
CNN got it right. What makes you sure his roommate didn't post it, or he was hacked, or etc etc etc...you dont know the facts because the trial hasn't started yet.

CNN got it completely wrong they wouldn`t have grounds to arrest him without evidence,and since they have evidence than their statement isn`t a claim.

the problem with the press and with a lot of people is that they don`t know the correct definitions of words.rather than using the correct words they make up their own definitions for the words that they are using.

I see a correlation, Facebook and poor judgement.
