comparing a painting to the Clinton foundation taking money for uranium is not even on the same level and is really pathetic.

No, taking other peoples money in the thousands to pay for a picture of just yourself, is far more disturbing, but is quite straightforward.... Donald got done for it tax wise.
The Uranium company story is not so good either, however the Donald version is a bit loopy as well. But since you didn't enlarge on it, neither will I.

Trump foundation does great works like paying FL attorney generals a $25,000 to block an investigation. Well as long as the foundation remains under investigation then completely dissolving it will be tough if not against the law.

Proof? And why would a Florida general attorney investigate a New York case?

Trump foundation did nothing wrong. 25,000 dollars to Pam Bondi, painting of himself, these are all allegations with no evidence. If the New York general attorney won't allow it to be closed, then Trump will instruct the federal general attorney Jeff Sessions to do it or go to the Supreme Court and sue the New York general attorney for abuse of office.
