You and the police seem to think the same thing. If someone choked my 12 year old for littering, I would be a little less nice than the considerate women in the video.

She didn't litter, her son did(if that's what you're alluding to).

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — A white Texas police officer was placed on restricted duty Thursday while an internal investigation looks into a video showing the officer wrestling a black woman to the ground before arresting her and her two teenage daughters.

The Fort Worth officer, whose name hasn't been released, responded to a call for service after Jacqueline Craig argued with a man who she said had physically confronted her 7-year-old son for littering. In the cellphone video of the Wednesday incident, Craig can be heard telling the officer that the man had "grabbed and choked" her son.

The cop has preceded to ask her "Why" is that a problem. That's when it escalated further and the arrests began.

Fitzgerald said the body camera footage will not be released to the public because a juvenile was involved. In order for it to be released, the Texas attorney general’s office would have to rule otherwise, he said

Yeah seen it linked in the prior reply. Figures as it sounds like the brotherhood is going to protect this "rude" officer.

Rude not racist? Okay, this went beyond rude, it was instigating(whether racist or not in intent). She is correct, by law, the man had no right to put his hands on the child. The officer threatened her too "If you keep yelling at me you're going to piss me off".

Also, according to the article and what looked to be in the video her daughter was trying to stop the situation from getting worse but the officer kept at the escalation.

Of course a person littering deserves to be assaulted. That's our screw up world today with it's screwed up logic.

Yep, her daughter could see what was going to happen. So this cop made the race relations in this area worse. Not a good idea.

Could you run through that in fuller explanation just for coherence sake, just a little at a time. Let's see, assault is bad right? ...but nobody got arrested for that, right? Pff!
However, cops don't get arrested for being arseholes do they, even if they stole the show?

The lady was correct, even if he did litter, that doesn't give the stupid guy the right to touch the kid. That officer failed to do his duty, he provoked that lady. That guy should be arrested for assaulting a minor.

I seen a woman explaining what is going on to a cop, the cop making some smartass remark, then deciding to simply aggressively attack the women for no reason other than words.

I see you trying to find any possible scenario to make the cop seem like not a complete and utter douche with a badge. I wonder why that is.

So...You find it funny that a child was strangled by a stranger and all for heinous crime of littering .....ok ..

To be honest.. no one was there to see the kid littering. For all we know it could've been words.

Oh no, that funny part was meant to connect to the second paragraph.
It is bad that guy almost killed a kid, but what caused him to react in such a way?
