Don't forget the Tuskegee Experiments, where they were unknowingly injected with syphilis under a fake vaccination program. The govt then monitored the individuals for years as syphilis spread through our communities, all while giving fake vaccination treatments. My great aunt's husband was a victim of the Tuskegee Experiments.

They didn't give them syphilis you got it backwatds. There was an epidemic and they denied the cure instead giving a placebo. But the army did far worse than that when it came to experiments. But in thus it wasn't the fact 5hey were black it was they had an epidemic in an area that it could be contained. So they were not afraid it would go further and some one thought it was a good idea to see the full effects and the cure rates without drugs.

I think the absolute worst was during nuclear testing posting thousands of military down wind from nuclear blasts. They knew it would be harmful but wanted to track the long term effects. Governments some times have a very warped idea about what is right and wrong.

Is this not freedom of speech?

By sheer definition, yes. But, that concept was created to protect personal ideals not so people could make inflammatory remarks and then run crying to the legal system when they face repurcussions for their punk behavior. This is about as much free speech as yelling "fire" in a movie theater or "shark" at the beach.

It's a little different when laws obstruct your justice and civil rights though right?

I mean was your mom not allowed to go to a good school because of her color?

Now I find the war on poverty and Democrats pandering with benifits disgusting but, black people had a massive injustice done to them right?

Can you agree on that? No other ethnic group in this country had anything remotely close to slavery and segregation.

Is there anything to consider about this or just meh good luck?

I demand respect for me and mine. Period. Again, Black Americans are not monolithic, contrary to rumor. And yeah, smart guy, I am racially mixed so to speak, but in this country and anywhere else, I'm considered Black. I'm good with that and if you knew anything about me, I don't doublespeak about a damn thing. I say what I mean and mean what I say. And damn right, if you're a racist, don't get in my lane. I have a deep dislike for racists of any kind. I don't care who they are. And if a racist calls me out of my name or disrepect me because of my skin tone and not my character as a human being and a man, I will engage said racist with swiftness and brutality. Think what you will. I maintain my lane.

They did it with black folks in St Louis by pumping it in their air ducts as well.

You don't think there is a difference when they single out a skin color?

Agent orange was a massive injustice and so was purposely exposing soldiers to radiation.

However when soldiers came home they weren't all forced to live as second class citizens. Just the black ones.

No I don't. If you followed my posts I already made this statement.

My point is freedom of speech has limits.

Others said no. Augustus seemed to imply that there is no fighting words clause.

I may have misinterpreted him. But yeah you can't just say anything as free speech.

Freedom of speech stops when it breaks a law. Laws cover things such as threatening harm to someone. Even label laws are civil people have the right to say whatever they want. However if it's shown that there actions damaged someone financially they committed liabel. So truly if someone wants to be a Nazi or racist that's there right. Problem is if they do any harm they can be sued and if they cause bodily injury can be arrested.

All that is fine, but what would you suggest to remove the injustice? Money? More freedoms than others? Take other people who have not had the same treatment's jobs?

There were Japanese Interment camps. We also murdered the Indians and stole their land. Abused labor of Mexicans goes back farther than it's significance. The Founding Fathers literally created freedom of Religion laws because of Muslims and Jews in the 1800's.

Then there's the Racism that targets White people for these things, only it's 200 years too late for a majority of them, who are progressives. Reverse Racism is a real thing. The tragedy is white people can't just 'fix' this one for everyone like everything else due to internal hypocrisies.

Incorrect. They did in fact inject them with syphyllis to see the effects that it had on Black men. Past presidents have acknowledged this fact. Clinton apologized to surviving family members. But you are correct about giving them placebos. Oh, I mentioned President Clinton was the first and only President to offer an apology, but make no mistake, I'm no fan of the Clintons.

My suggestion would be gutting the judicial system of known racists, police of known racists, politicians of known racists (using law not for thinking racist)

And making and extra effort to make sure education is a priority as well as a assimilating into the American culture they were denied.

Also educating on concepts of accumulating wealth and investment. These folks literally had no family money, no wealth.

It wouldn't be shoveling benifits, war on drugs, making victims, etc

You seem to get very emotional about your race and your full of abstract sound bites.
"Me and mine"
"don't double speak about a damn thing"
"don't get in my lane"
"disrespect me because of my skin"
"a human being and a man"
"Swiftly and brutally"
"Maintain my lane"

Were you yelling at your screen when you wrote that?

Was that your Cherokee or African side coming out there?

And as far as my name goes, Jimi Hendrix is my favorite guitarist, hence, Jimi, and Black was my mother's maiden name. The more you know, huh?

Your right about natives, the were part of a genocide.

Japanese? How long was that? How long were Japanese slaves, then second class?

Did they have family money? Were they allowed to practice their cultural traditions?

Reverse racism by who the government?

Is the gov segregating white people?

Yes black American culture is a hot mess. What culture under the same circumstances wouldn't be?

Fun fact the British Empire was the first commercial marijuana grower...for slaves.

I don't condone racism, but there is a special distaste I have for people that seek sympathy in racial conflict. All race has conflict. Would you prefer to be German, and blamed for the Holocaust for the entirety of your life? That's what it sounds like when you blame American's today, for American's of yesterday.

Reverse Racism, is when you use a racially confided idea, to racially attack people with your own victimization.
IE: I'm Poor, because white people are Rich.
Of all these Races, Black people do this the most.
