Federal Judge Orders Release of Anthony Weiner Search Warrant

A New York Federal Judge has ordered the release of the search warrant
that was used to search Anthony Weiner's laptop for emails related to
Hillary Clinton. The documents will be unsealed at noon on Wednesday.

This is going to open up many cans of worms.

A federal judge in New York has ordered the public release of the search warrant that FBI agents used to reopen their investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server just weeks before the presidential election.

U.S. District Judge P. Kevin Castel ruled Monday that the public had a right to see the warrant, which was secretly filed with the court on Oct. 20.

Agents used the warrant to get access to emails stored on a computer belonging to Anthony Weiner, the estranged husband of top Clinton aide Huma Abedin.

A few redaction's will be made, to protect the names of the investigators,
and someone still under investigation. This should prove to be explosive,
as the lawyer is also representing Huma Abedin.

My bet is that it will be like much of everything else Hillary pushes for,
it will backfire against her...in any case, Tuesday will be interesting!

Wonder if this will be covered by the talking heads?

Huma was pushing that right? She said there was no search
warrant! A little more from Fox news...

“The search warrant, the application for the search warrant, the affidavit in support of the application for the search warrant, and the search warrant return will be unsealed and posted on the Court's electronic case filing system” subject to redactions, Castel said in his order.

That article seems to indicate that someone, Hillary or Huma is citing
privacy concerns, but the judge says the FBI investigation is well known.

Barring the DOJ blocking this release....

Apparently the lawyer that filed the FOIA is
hugely down on Trump, and hopes that he
can find evidence that Trump should be
impeached, due to collaboration with Russia.

How could this possibly affect anything? We already know there was a search warrant. It obviously had to say something on the order of, "We think there's some cool stuff on this computer and we want to take a look." Exposing the actual language of the warrant is unlikely to reveal anything earth-shattering.

I lean towards the idea everyone will want
to sweep it under the rug. That is unless somehow
the Clinton Podesta camp thinks it can harm Trump.

Personally, the lawyer seems a bit batty with
his ideas, and crazy to have sought this since
he is representing Huma.

But there is a slight possibility that since
someone is still under investigation, there
could be more....
