What thread am I thinking of?

I've been trying to track down a certain time traveler post and I can't seem to find it. There obviously have been many over the years but from what I remember it was a very popular thread for a while here on ATS.

I think it talked about the divisiveness of the times we're in now?

Talked about an autonomous city with a super computer that handled defense?

From what I remember it was a pretty detailed post. Maybe there were several? Not sure.

Anyways if anyone has any ideas of what I'm talking about and can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.
