Nothing is "immune" to rads and or meteorites. They would know this. Like during war for instance, people realize real quick that they need bomb shelters if they want to surviver. Anyone staying on the surface is exposed. But bomb shelters would not be visible from orbit. That kind of spoils the "moon base" genre, dun nit...

The authors knew full well that bases or civilizations would necessarily be sub surface. Todays sci fi crowd has no clue about the basics. About 45 minutes into here... And 2:45 into here...

Definitely some anomalous pictures in there, and a few fake ones too.

Also interesting is what looks like evidence of recent flowing water.

It has been so convoluted over the last 40 years by what picture has been tampered and which has not.

Going against which source to believe or not.

I just don't know anymore what to believe.

I think I'll just sit back and watc.
Accept at face value what I think is real and not try to keep it to myself.

I agree, it seems like they like to alter pictures whether real or not. They add or subtract things from pictures. It is almost like an obsessive psychopathic trait or something, they want to distort reality just because they can. We can't tell the truth from a lie.

Actually, that is what society does too, especially those at the top. I suppose we can't expect NASA or any Scientific agency to be different.

Only thing odd about this is how you can't see many of the images are zoomed in so much all you see are jpeg problems.

I should correct something I said in my first post in this thread - the Lunar Orbiter images with the grid superimposed is actually from a NASA source. They were originally used here:

planetarynames.wr.usgs.gov...

but this was changed so that they used Clementine images instead.
