Well this should be a trivial conflict to resolve. How about you cite a source or two that shows him being convicted of sexual assault of a minor? Lacking those, you are by any definition lying. Having those, I'll be happy to admit that I was mistaken on that point.

Oh, ok. "Investigated" versus "convicted". That should be even easier to demonstrate. Neither of your citations even contain the word "assault", though. Can you make a legal argument that this is sexual assault, as you said, or were you just making that up?

It's still being investigated...

One of the things being investigated is "child enticement" and "electronic enticement for sexual assault". Meaning he enticed a minor to perform sexual acts on camera, which means he could be charged with making child pornography. He also may have enticed the minor to meet with him so that he could sexually assault her. In some states he would get charged with sexual assault via enticement, sexual assault doesn't have to actually take place (they wouldn't let it if it was an undercover operation).

I don't have time to break out the book of law for every state for you. Either way, Anthony Wiener is being investigated for creating child pornography as well... which is what gave support to pizzagate. Someone willing to entice children to perform sexual acts on camera is guilty of manufacturing child pornography.
