The truth I've never spoken

Sometimes I just watch a movie
to release the tears I have under lock
Gets me ready,
ready to open up,
to everything I kept on halt.
I see dreams and pictures
where humans are loving
and simply happy to help.
Others whose iron clad armour
is melting, melting from within.
No matter what
there’s a heart inside
waiting to be broke.
this is something
with which the mind
just cannot cope
It tries to plug it
once again, that ice cold cork
The heart is harmed,
cause of its truth unspoken.
Come on now everybody
It is time to open.
open open open
and play the wild music
sing your songs
wide wide open.
Sing them and be
wide wide open.
bang that drum
and be
heart wide open.
