Has anyone noticed recently when they went to use Google it asked them to agree to their term policy to use their browser?

Is this new? Why are they suddenly doing this anyways?

Maybe someone can shed some light on it for me. It just seems weird that they would be doing that.

k thanks!

Grey area for this?

I think it was posted earlier today, they changed their TOS, something about censoring the internet via their bias search engine.

Hey don't worry. Trust them. I mean, they are taking steps to be more transparent about their intentions.

Google’s new holding company...has dropped the tech giant’s “Don’t Be Evil” mantra from its code of conduct.

Um...not Bing. I can tell you that...

Microsoft, please...stop trying to make Bing happen. It's not going to. Just please, stop.

I've never heard of bing, don't like the sound of it unless it's bing crosby, which is different. I can tolerate that one with ease.

+1, and then +2.

Also, stop trying to push edge, the new ie. The extra pop up begging me to try it when switching default browsers is completely unnecessary. It still doesn't work for much more than downloading a better browser.

Question for those refusing to use Google,
Phone?
I'm not about to trust Apple, Google has the cheapest and most reliable options out there.

I can block Google and friend face on my home internet all day long (breaking the internet, mostly) but it still doesn't get them out of my back pocket.

Even the black phone wasn't hackproof. An exploit was found so it was hacked...sort of:

From 2014

The Blackphone is widely known as the best secured smartphone in the world, its creators claimed that it’s impossible to hack this device. So when news reported that this highly secured device was hacked, the whole world was raising their eyebrows.
